Northglenn Dodge's finance department sent the payoff to our trade in vehicle to the wrong bank after we had told the finance lady numerous times which bank it was to be sent to and even took her to the bank website to get the phone number to call for the payoff amount. We then started receiving calls about 30 days later that the bank was coming to repo the car we had traded in to Northglenn Dodge. When I contacted Northglenn Dodge they blew me off until I got very angry after much patience. The GM would never, and still refuses to return my calls and keeps having someone else talk to me. They would not take care of it for us. Then the GM promised to contact our bank and send a letter to let them know about the dealership's negligence to keep it from hitting our credit. I also ended up buying a second vehicle from them because I thought that they were good people and had fixed their mess and then I saw the negative mark on my credit. I still have not received any signed copies of the paper work from the second car I bought and the finance person will not respond to e-mails or phone calls and the dealership has done nothing to take care of it. A month later we had a 30 day late hit on our credit for the auto loan that we had never been late on before which also hurt us on our refinancing of our house. When we called back and told him we would bring back the car we bought and wanted our trade in back if it was not fixed they said they would take care of it. Then we find out that they had already sold our trade in vehicle before they even had the title in their possession and we were still responsible for payments because of their mistake. Also I had to raise hell just to get a windshield replaced that was on the dealerships due bill. When I escalated this situation about our credit the GM said he is not going to send a letter when that is what he promised and all he would have to do to keep us happy after buying 2 cars from them. Also during the deal for our first car he lost the first 4-square agreement we had and when we redid the deal he was at $615/month compared to the $450/month that he had promised on the first 4-square agreement. The GM insists that it was the salesman's fault for the payoff going to the wrong bank when he is not the one that sends the check, and I got very frustrated at how many times I had to tell the finance lady what bank to send the payoff too. It was made very clear to her and she still screwed it up. As soon as I escalated this situation Northglenn Dodge fired the finance lady that made the mistake admitting guilt. Then when I return with the second car I bought within the 30-day warranty they will not honor it and start talking to me about all the money I will have to pay just to get it checked out by their shop. The explanations and information given throughout the sales process on both cars was cloudy and contradicting and they lie through their teeth. The GM also insulted my wife and didn't think we heard him when we were leaving after buying the first vehicle. With him refusing to do something as simple as send a letter to remove the discrepancy from our credit that is their fault, and that he had already promised to do, is very sad. Also when we went to the DMV to get our plates for our first car they said that Northglenn Dodge had not sent the information to them yet to get our plates and tags even though we had already been paying on the vehicle. I have never had to make a complaint on a business or purchase in my entire life and this by far has been the worst experiences in my life.
