Lies, lies and more lies...

You could rant and rave and write dissertations all you want, but the truth is evident.

Of course you contacted your attorney, the same attorney who helped defend you against everyone who sued you, including JPMorganChase and AmEx. Guess they are all at fault and not you. More info at (((Redacted)))

No client audaciously and blatantly pays a consultant for work done through a vendor and risk being sued. They paid the vendor, YOU, and you got the money. If they did pay me, like you claim, pray tell, why didn't you sue them? Oh...out of the goodness of you heart, I presume.

If the "new" company is a year and half old, you've either been doing business illegally, or the CT dept of labor website too is wrong - it shows date of inception as Aug. 28. 2009. www.concord-sots.ct.gov/CONCORD/online?sn=InquiryServlet&eid=99.
Oh wait...that does come out to a year and half, doesn't it? And this new company is also an LLC, so you could keep your assets even if you defraud innocent client and get sued.

Glad to hear you have your faith restored in the justice system, that same system you tried to manipulate with your hot shot attorney, tons of paper work, and even subpoenaing the client as a witness. You seem to fail to comprehend that after all that, YOU LOST! I WON! And you owe me over $20,000.

If you have any shame and dignity, which I doubt you do, pay up, NorthPoint Computer Systems LLC, or NovaTech Consulting LLC, or whatever you call yourself.

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Prasad Chalikonda is not telling the truth

AUTHOR: Pam - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, February 19, 2010

This is patently false. This person worked for North Point Computer Systems and then violated his contract after working for one year and getting several substantial raises, from 100 to 109 per hour. He stopped submitting invoices to us and we noticed it and inquired as to why. He then said he was quitting the assignment. I became very suspicious of him and sure enough found out he quit but went right back the following week. Apparently the plan was to get the client to pay him directly for the 4 months of invoices he had withheld. Then I guess that did not work out since that is RACKETEERING. He then submitted the invoices to me, after we knew he was in breach and had stolen the client.

We contacted out atty and he said we will go to arbitration. Prasad did not like that, and began defaming me on the internet (of course leaving out what had REALLY happened and what he had done and portraying himself as the victim, of course). He then tried to embarrass me by posting personal info about me, in attempt to extort the money he had been trying to get for himself directly. He then began stalking me physically and was contacted by the police to stop.

Then finally after 6 months of him terrorizing me, we went before the judge. He represented himself and was totally unprepared. He wanted to cross examine me and instead of asking relevant questions, he wanted to know how o SCARED I was of him (!?). I told him very scared, after everything he has done. He seemed to really enjoy hearing that. He also was revealed to be totally untruthful in this proceeding and in fact the judge sided with us that he had breached the contract and stolen the client. He was asking for almost 80K - and he was awarded... wait for it...20K. This has restored my faith in the justice system.

The judge saw through him. Think about it, if I had really done this person wrongly, why was it HE who was penalized so severely? I have placed hundreds of people over the years and done very well. I realize now that it takes just one crackpot to write untruths about you and that is it, the power of the internet. I have let this guy terrorize me long enough. Now I am going to let people know who he is and what he did.

Meanwhile I am an ethical person with 20 years of experience. I have had people who have worked with me for year after year, contract after contract, and have very satisfied clients. Unfortunately there are people out there in the world who conduct themselves poorly and take no personal responsibility for their illegal actions. If anyone would like to discuss this with me, I would be happy to talk about it. I do not have anything to hide. I am a very private person but at some point one must fight back.

Also North point Computer Systems has not placed a person in nearly 2 years. My new company is a year and half old and I created this company for no other reason than me going out in a new direction and wanting to form a new company. It has nothing whatsoever to do with this person. In fact it was in operation and doing work before Prasad ever thought of breaching his contract . There is no foreign intrigue, just me out here working and trying to make a living and do a good job for my clients.

Pam Cianci has lost a AAA arbitration suit. Instead of paying up the award, she has opened a new business to continue defrauding innocent clients and customers.
Her new company is NovaTech Consulting LLC, based in Redding, CT.
