I ordered some notched-neck velvet tunics for my wife, received the order, and returned them the following day using their convenient label. It has been over 5 weeks since these very poorly-made rags were returned, but I was just informed the package has not yet made it back to the company, and to please give it another few weeks. I will eventually get a refund, even if I have to file a dispute with my credit card issuer. I just thought it would be appropriate to give a nod to NorthStyle for the crap they sell and their awful customer service.
