I bought clothes from northstyle.com then a couple weeks later started getting a monthly charge for $12.97 from them for some "VIP" club that I never signed up for. I see that others on this site have had the exact same problem with this company. I called them and asked to be refunded for the two charges but they refused. So I went to my credit card company and disputed the charges. I also cancelled the VIP account and they said they would cancel it but I am not optimistic about that so I will keep a lookout for any future charges. I will never order from North Style ever again, or any of the other PGI stores which I listed below (I got these from the BBB, another place I filed my complaint):
