Referred to this X-Ray facility by Primary physician. Had x-rays performed and paid insurance copay of $20. This facility sent me another bill for the copay of $20 one month after the service. This is apparently the second time this has happened to our family. Be careful they don't bill you twice. I am sorry I don't believe there is any valid excuse for this unless there is internal fraud and a worker is cashing my checks.
