Ok. But first of all, why isn't Greg responding to this like usual? And if you do work with the company, why are you from Virginia when its based in Washington? I'm not saying there is no explanation for it, but I don't understand.

Also, what exactly does that mean, "the names don't match up"? Is that the names on the credit card account, or the names of the sender and the recipient?

Lastly, can I please get a phone number to figure this out quickly instead of dragging it out so long?
