Northwest Management, McDonalds Mistreats employees, Pays MINIMUM WAGE on final check Dublin Ohio

It has been close to 1.5 years and I'm still angry! This franchise SCREWS it's employees over. If the cash registers or safe are short money, The money is taken from the employees paychecks. I have check stubs to prove this! If an employee quits without notice, Even if it is an emergency situation, They are only paid minimun wage on their final paycheck. Again, I have check stubs to prove this!

The night shift employees originally recieved $10 an hour but then the owners decided to change their pay rate to $8 an hour!

I was never able to recieve the manager only insurance or 401k even though I asked the owners repeatedly and was eligible for both.

A store manager was verbally abusive to employees (Calling them ugly, stupid, etc) sleeping with employees, stealing from the safe/registers, and turning employees against each other with gossip. I mentioned this to my general manager and I got suspended and put on probation.(When I quit this job I was asked to return which I refused to do after putting up with this for over 5 years)This woman was FINALLY fired after corporate found out that the woman running this store was abusive and couldn't read or write in English, Nor operate the computer.

If I didn't have tuition to pay, I would have sued them a long time ago. The business practices are shady and corrupt.
