Northwest Recover Associates called me and stated that I had a case against me from OPD LLC. They stated that I had taken out a payday loan for the amout of $300 and I was going to be charged with, Theft by deception, breach of contract, misuse of goods of service, and an attempt to defraud a national lender.

They stated that I would have to pay a $680 restitution or I would be summons to court. I have never taken out a payday loan. It is prohibited in West Virginia!! I told them that I would not pay such amount. She said good luck to me and hung up immediately. I didn't even get a chance to let her know that I knew that it was prohibited in WV.
