Northwest registered agent Complete rip off Spokane Washington

first off this company charges a $125 Registered Agent fee plus a $100 filing fee to i corporate a company. They lie to you and tell you its mandatory to have a registered agent which you dont need unless you are incorporating outside of your home state. not only was i overcharged (multiple companies offer the same service for half) but they failed to foward me my correspondance from the state. i now have a summary judgement against me which will cost me thousands to fight when all could of been rectified at the begining expedisiously.

Their only justification was mistakes happend when you represent so many companies iin all 52 states. They offered to give me the next 2 years of registered agent service for free; as if if its enough compensation for forcing me to bancrupt my business i worked so hard to build. Do not make the mistake of using Northwest registered agent service to incorporate or as a registered agent. I pray karma comes back around in my lifetime. Scum!
