saya I owe Capitol one mastercard when I haven't had a credit card in 15yrs. says last payment made in 2001 from this address when I wasn't living in this location then. I lived in oklahoma when I had a credit card. No payment has been made by me in 2001 form Wichita Falls or anywhere else. I've received 2 of these bills from 2 seperate companies in the last month. I'm not going to pay what I never borrowed. Ellen Wichita Falls, Tx.
