THREE DAYS AGO NORTON ANTIVIRUS DECIDED TO DEDUCT OVER $80.00 FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. TO BEGIN, I HAVE NOT HAD INTERNET SERVICE FOR OVER THREE MONTHS DUE TO CLEAR DISCONTINUING THEIR SERVICE. EVEN BEFORE THAT I DIDNOT RENEW NORTON ANTIVIRUS IN OVER TWO YEARS. WHEN I PHONED THE COMPANY I WAS TREATED HORRIABLE. I ATTEMPTED TO ASK WHY MONIES WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE SERVICE REP WAS TOTALLY OBIVIOUS TO MY CONCERNS. FURTHERMORE, THEY HUNG-UP ON ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS RUDE AND CONTINUED TO HANG-UP ON ME. I HAVE REARRANGED MY BANKING TO STOP THEIR RIP-OFF TACTICS.
