I have taken a global travel Insurance policy no 0653708265-000012 dated 7th Sept 2006. I have paid premium of 1500 Sterling pound.

As I have dropped idea of international travelling, I am requesting this company to cancel this policy and refund my premium after standard deduction as per rules of the company.

I have send this request to their help desk, but I am not getting any response.
