i was offered a free offer on the nouvebelle crean via e-mail at the cost of $5.45 for shipping, i received the cream but was then charged $97.58 on my credit card without notice. i was never charged the shipping cost. there after i was charged the same amount of $97.58 for the next two months without notice or receipts. the total charges on my credit card were about $292.74. what a rip off, what can be done about it so it wont happen to anyone else.how much is this company making ripping people off. they need to be STOPED!!
