Nova Collections Now They Are Alliance One Collections i paid my over due phone bill and somehow it was not paid via bank of montreal. Toronto Ontario

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
when i had paid this bill i waited for a call back i got one stating my bill was not paid. so i contacted the bank they said they had paid it. the account # was correct. alliance one excuse was they had changed their company.so maybe i got lost in shuffle. so it is still unresolved. as to date i have all the receipts. so yes i have a an issue.
