Nova Development None that I'm aware of. Sold, through Office Depot, software that would not work without buying other software Riverside California

Purchase Print Artist Platinum Edition. When I installed the software I went to the "help" and "tutorial" screen in both cases they would not open but rather said I would need to get other software before I could use this Program. No real information on what the program is or where it might be purchased. Went to their web site and began a rather lengthy e-mail discussion. Provided them with answers to all of their questions. It became apparent very early that meaningful assistance was not to be provided and no information on how or if a refund was available.

During the e-mail conversation I saw 2 icons on the side of the box; the first indicated  8 "compatable" the icon 10 does not say compatable but rather, in small print, outside the icon but close to the icon with the number 10, much to my shame, I noticed that it did not say "compatable" but instead it says "works with". In my e-mail I mentioned these icons but the person I was talking with became very reluctant to continue the conversation and would not address the icons. 

At this point I decided that help was not coming and ended the e-mail conversation. I have had no contact with them since this exchange.
