Nova Fashion USA, inc Mike the suit guy Mike Singh Possible bait and switch. Owner is a tailor and shows one fabric and then orders from Bangkok the same the design but low quality. Charges double what the suit is worth. As soon as I asked about the fabric I never heard back from the guy. Reading, Boston, Massachusetts MA

 Tailor shows all sorts of high end fabrics from big brand names. Takes measurements and charges a pricey amount. Then suit shows up wrapped in a ball from Bangkok with low quality fabric. When I asked about it, the normally quick responses became no responses. Going on 6 months.

Dear Sir,

As you requested a description of the fabrics from your past orders, we responded with an offer to schedule an appointment for Mike to meet with you to provide the descriptions because our fabric stock is renewed twice every year as several designs rapidly run out of stock and are seldom repeated--typical in the fashion industry; therefore, Mike would need to see the actual fabrics in person to provide you with the proper descriptions. However, our offers to schedule an appointment were never accepted. If you required a written description of the fabrics, they should have been requested at the time you placed your order. The nature of the fabrics you received are identical to that of the fabrics in the swatch books from which you made selections at the time you placed your order.

We continue to provide high quality fabrics, manufactured by high end brands, to all our clients. The clothes are stitched in Bangkok; shipping and delivery is handled by DHL Express, which provides a very quick international shipping service. Upon shipment, DHL delivers within three business days. DHL requires us to compress and vacuum pack orders into their provided containers per international shipping regulations, which is why we e-mail instructions to clients, upon shipment of their orders, to have their clothes steam ironed before trial or use.
