NoveltyIdFactory.com and Underground-Review.com are both sites that try and scam people(mostly teens) into trying to send them money Western Union to get fake I.D.s. Upon investigation I found that the 'review site' and the 'id production' site are both owned and licensed to the same owner. They do not provide any product and switch websites as soon as they are found out.
