 I ordered a pizza on June 10, 2015. I used my card to pay Pizza Hut the amount of $19.18 and I was charged a second time by NPC International. I have no idea who these people are.

NPC Int'l often handles payments for Pizza Hut. Call your local Pizza Hut where you placed the order and get them to straighten things out for you.
