Avoid this company like the bird flu!! Both NPMG and CIT (now LEase Finance Group, LFG) cooperate to rip you off. I've beenn scammed like the rest.
Brooke Beverly - you should be ashamed of yourself. What a great example you set for your children! They must be so proud!
Has anyone taken legal action against them? Does anyone want to particiapte? How about a personal visit to the owner Lance Morris? Does anyone know how to contact Mr. Morris or what his home address/phone number is?
I believe we need to coordinate our efforts. Idea??

Hello:
I have the same experience, and get a response from the AZ attorney general says they will investigate with case number for reference.
http://www.azag.gov/ once online complaint is received, you should have a case number in 2-3 weeks .This is about how long it takes to get a response for me.
Also file complaints to www.ftc.gov.
Change to other credit CARD processor soon, and switch bank account number so they cannot get money from you.
If they have problem, my attorney will take care the credit bureau with all case numbers from FTC, AZ Attorney general.

Continue to write to your State & both State Attorney General's offices of CIT & NPMG. Follow-up with phone calls & if anyone out there can get a hold of an attorney for a class-action law suit, then we can all join in.
Great documentations that everyone is doing so far. Keep it up w/our team efforts !
Happy holidays.
