Unethical hustlers. Stay Away! NRG charged me $1005 to fix a AIr-con leak supposedly caused by missing valve caps on the air conditioner. This fix was to add 4 lbs of R-22 refrigerant (which costs them about $15-20 a lbs and the $3 valve caps. )
If this fixed the issues I could swallow the 1000% mark up. BUT IT DID NOT! So once the refrigerant leaked out within 2 weeks. They decided to try charge me $1200 to find the leak again or $4200 to replace the condenser and related parts! Total bait and switch. I have to wonder if the "missing caps", was part of the hustle. In any case stay away.
