I refuse to pay the way for owners who cannot pay their fees. They suffer at the "Flipper" economic disaster and we as renters as supposed to subsidize these scofflaws. There is, and I agree with a previous posting, ways the HOA can collect on back fees. Not just impose a tyrannical state on the renters by way of fees atop of fees. I attended a board meeting and also agree. What a bunch of uninformed, clueless buffoons. All while the manager sits buy and files her nails. The elected inmates are running the asylum for sure. I am joining the mass exodus.
