If for some reason you have to be a few weeks late in a payment they send some guy out who claims he is from a repo company flashing a badge and threating you that if you don't turn over the car he will call the police on you and you won't get the car back if he has to do this. This guy they send has no legal paperwork from the courts at all to pick up your car. Just his word of mouth and threats. He claims Serina Fleer, Co Owner and her husband Greg tells him to pick up the car, truck or whatever it may be and he does it. He claims he is from and with A1 Bonds Company but shows no prove other then to flash a badge.

This guy takes your car and off he drives with someone else who follows him in another older model car. Once Nu Two U Auto Sales has the car, truck back they demand you give them the full payoff of the car or truck or you can't get it back. When you tell them you don't have that much money to give them which is or could be thousands of dollars to pay it off all at once, well it to bad to sad. Then if you want your personal items out of the car or truck you must pay them $200.00 to $300.00 OR MORE to get the items out of your car, truck. They refuse to give back the license plates also.

I was told this so called repo guy calls the police stations and tells them they are doing a repo but don't have no prove at all they have legal paperwork from the courts to do so. They make their call to the police and then go and pickup the car. New-2-you don't send letters or nothing legal from the courts in the mail telling you if you don't pay in so many days your car will be picked up. No phone calls no nothing. Even if you call them and tell them you have to be late for good reasons they will not work with you. They also want to charge you for the repo man or whoever he is. The price can range from $200.00 to $400.00 or more or whatever they want to charge.

Their state inspections are not legal. They claim they are but how can it be legal ??? when they sell a car with almost no brakes at all and the tail light not working and refuses to fix it after you give them the down payment already. Oh yes they take your trade in or big down payments and let you have the car or truck and several weeks later have someone pick it up and demand payment in full.

They demand CASH ONLY....NO CHECKS,NO MONEY ORDERS,NO CASHIER CHECKS.. THEN WHEN YOU ASK FOR A RECEIPT THEY GIVE YOU THIS PIECE OF SMALL RECEIPT AND IT DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR COMPANY NAME ON IT NOR THEIR NAME. THEY SIGN A FEW INITALS ON THE BOTTOM of the receipt. How can you prove this is from them? You can't and they know this.

RIPOFF,RIPOFF...PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH Serina Fleer and Greg at Nu Two U Auto Sales COMPANY In Sullivan Missouri.

I know people have to pay for their items they buy but sometimes things do happen and it all could be worked out if this company wasn't such a ripoff.

Repo Laws

AUTHOR: Fred - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 26, 2006

I am a repoman here in missouri first off lets go over missouri law

Missouri has a peaceful claus law which basicly means no repo man can repo an auto if you tell them not to.they can sneak back and take the car if they dont breakthe peace. right before getting the vehical however if they are already in car driving off and you run after them telling them to stop they dont have to because that is after the fact and no peace was broken.

the police can in no way help them to repo auto.

repomen call the cops before hand so police are aware of whats going on so that if the person in default calls and reports it stolen the police dont set up road blocks and shoot the guy.

as repo men having badges i seen some that do but the badges dont mean anything they have no power.

if the repo man that came flashed a badge and said nothing but he is repo man then no law is broken. if he said he was an officer or made in threats to you then he broke the law.

in missouri there are repo form mo470 but they are NOT required.

and the money they charge you to get your stuff back is for repo fees. they assume that the person tat is in default will never pay for the rest of the car but they still had to pay a repo man.

as for the illegal inspections then report it to state of missouri.

my advice is to pay your bills on time and this will not be something you have to deal with.

Repo-- know your rights.

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 29, 2006

First the bad news. Much of what they did was legal. They can repo the car for being one day late. They do not need anything from "the courts." They do not need to give you advance warning. They can often demand payment of the full remaining loan plus repo fees to get the car back. Buy-here, pay-here places know all this and exploit it in order to take a car that is nearly paid off so they can sell it again.

If you're in a BHPH deal, it is imperitive to make every payment on time. Or they will take the car and sell it again. That is how BHPH works. If you want to buy a car a BHPH dealer has, it is best to pay cash, or if you have decent credit, arrange a loan thru your bank.

Now the good news. Most of what they did was illegal. Repo men cannot use force to take a car. If anyone objects to it being taken, the repo man is breaking the law by continuing to argue. They can only sneak up and take it when no one notices. In this case, if the police were called, they would be on your side. That's why he didn't call the police first. He was bluffing. The police would've also been quite interested in his phony badge. Pretending to be a law officer would send him to jail.

Missouri has "one time right to cure". That means you can pay the back payments and repo fees to get the car back ONCE. The second time it is repo'd, they can demand full payment of the remaining loan balance.

They cannot keep the personal items from your car if you want them back. In a few states (not sure if MO is one of them) they can charge a "reasonable fee" (typically less than $50.00) to "store" them. Go there with the police and demand your stuff back. In Missouri, you also keep the license plates. Go there with the police and get them. Ask to see the guy's "badge."

Dave we know people have to pay for things they buy!!!
Come on send a repo man for a only a few weeks late? I don't expect or want sympathy from the public but I do want the public to know the truth about this ripoff company...

(((sufficiently screwed up their credit so badly, they cannot get financed anywhere else.))))
WRONG!!!
I did get a car from somewhere else but I like this car I seen from this place.Don't judge others until you know the real facts!!!!

((((If you pay your bills on time, you'll get treated much better))))
Well Dave from Florida I am so glad you have never had to experience what it is like to get sick or loss a job after the fact and became only a few weeks late on a payment!
By law even scub repo men need legal repo papers from a court to pick up a car!
There was nothing legal at all about this repo at all from the courts, no letters no nothing...
Who isn't treated better with money? The rich can buy it now with cash and don't have to deal with scub repo men and ripoff companies...

Yes, you are correct, people have to pay for things they buy!

There are a lot of people on this site with legitimate complaints and ripoffs. And, there's a lot of people, that is just here to complain about a problem that they caused, and expect sympathy from the general public.

If we look at this problem logically, we would see that the OP bought a car at a buy-here/pay-here place because they have sufficiently screwed up their credit so badly, they cannot get financed anywhere else. Then, they don't make the payments (of course), and have to deal with low-life scum repo men. Well, if you weren't in the same category, you wouldn't have to deal with your peers, now would you? If you pay your bills on time, you'll get treated much better.

Repo

AUTHOR: Antoine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 28, 2006

Geez, I hate repo guys. I have not been in the position of losing my car, but I know people who have. It's not that the dealers don't have the right to protect their investment, but there is just something evil and scummy about a guy who makes his living this way. I mean the kind who breaks into the car and takes it from your driveway without even telling you.

That is why, when I found an envelope on the floor of a 7-11 last year, with reposession papers and 500 dollars in cash in it, I kept it and took my 2 boys to Disney World for the Weekend. No regret, no sympathy. I hope the scumbag repo guy who lost the money got fired.
