I had Smart Lipo in November of 2010, which was done by Dr. Brad Roberg. He took out too much in spots and missed others, leaving my stomach lumpy. I have spent the last 9 months trying to get them to repair the mess he made. Can you believe that they actually wanted me to pay additional money for a repair? As of today, all of their lines are disconnected, so I am guessing that the Illinois Attorney General's Office has caught up with them. There is currently a class action lawsuit against them and I sincerely hope to join in.
