Responded to "free" trial for a cream. I received the trial and then 3 weeks later I got another shipment and a credit charge $187.62! And then I found a second charge for same amt. on my credit card 3 weeks after that! When I called A very fast talking, heavily accented man would not issue a credit. Finally, with a 2nd call ( through ) my CC company a Different rep. Coerced me into accepting a credit for only one of the charges saying if I disputed the charges and I would lose and be on the hook for both charges. I tried to email the company at info@nuageskincare.com and it came back " Delivery failure ".
