These guys need to go down! They were so rude! I e-mialed cust. serv after the first unauthorized shipment and billing in September. They now tell me in the terms and conditions it says you must call. COME ON I did my part to opt out and have them stop charging me. Now I informed them I will refuse the shipment and sent back the unopened package. They will not except that either. They will not take any returns. There is a difference between a return and a refuse un-opened shippment. After getting no where with the 1st flunky I spoke to a "Manager" who hung up on me. Please, Please someone take this case on the shut them down!
