Nubodskin Unknown. Possibly, Luminary Co. claims the product was sent and received. I did not receive box, unless it came under another sender's name St, Petersburg Florida

Company claims that it sent box to me and that I received it. I did not, unless co. has a different name, possibly Luminary? I did not receive a confirmation that the box was being sent and that I would receive it by a certain date. This is customary. Product is vastly overpriced and was not quoted. Given those facts, I was stupid to buy it..
