Nutra Lane LLC - resverr.com Sent unsolicited items in mail as if I had requested a trial, and want to bill me almost $80.00 Arvada Colorado

ON 8 August 2009 a package arrived from this company containing two bottles of "ResVerXP" "antiagin breakthrough". I am noted in the invoice to be responsible for the $3.97 shipping cost as well as the $41.93 per bottle cost if I keep it AND 2 new units will come every 45 days.

I did not authorize this. I have no idea who these folks are or what they sell. I do not know how they have my name and contact unless some other company I dealt with passed it along. They claim to have my credit card number.

They told me I had to file a fraud report with the police and when a copy of it has been faxed to them, then this will all be stopped.
