What is obviously many aliases for the same company is still at it using the exact same products and methods of rip-off.  Various names I've found all associated with them are: Nutrabalance LLC, TruVita Health LLC, Total Health and Beauty, All Pro Supplements, Perfect Nutra Solutions, NFT*Garcinia and NutraShift, LLC.  There are probably many more.

They lure you in with a 15 day free trial then send you their products monthly at full prices without your authorization, then refuse to refund.  They continue even after youo call to cancel. I've called and cancelled 3 times and they continue to lie and ship.  I'm now turning it over to my bank and will be reporting it to the Interstate Commerce Commission.
