nuvox communications threatening text messages on my qlink government cell phone Appleton Wisconsin

i,ve been receiving threatening messages on my qlink cell phone since january 25,2018 asking for money and threatening me with the fbi to arrest me to get payment or i,ll go to jail for five years.i,don,t know them money. i,just want them to leave me alone and stop threatening me with messages on my cell phone.and their leaving a phone number on my cell phone. i,want someone to investigate the nuvox communications in shelby tennessee as soon as possible.the messages wont stop and i,hope to get a new phone with a block on my phone for people texting me.
