This is the biggest scam.  First they will charge your account before you have had a chance to try the product out for their so called 15 day trial period.  When you do call, they say they will not charge you or they will process a refund, but they do not and you have to get your bank to dispute the charge on your account.  No matter which line you select, the same person, this Ruben answers.  He is rude, absolute no customer service and you cannot believe anything he tells you.  In looking at the internet, I discovered after I had already order te product they they have had many many complaints of fraudulant activities.  They started out in California and now are in New Jersey.  Probably because they had so many complaints they had to move.
