NW Motorsports Sold me a truck with a blown rear main seal! puyallup Washington

I purchased a 2014 chevrolet Silverado from Alan at NW Motorsports. Two days later I noticed it was leaking oil. I never was able to get in contact with Alan again. I spoke with Joe a manager who had me drive it back to puyallup so it could be taken to the shop. Harnish Chevrolet ended up doing the work. Joe said he would fill the gas tank for the troubles which he never did. I spoke with the service guy Kyle who said he would work out some accessories for my troubles. He never did. I spoke with another manager Marcus and explained I really didnt trust the truck anymore and would like something different. He said he could do that and never did. I finally went to the supposed owner Don Flemming. He said he would personally call harnish chevrolet to check on the status of my truck. I was notified minutes after that conversation that my truck was finished. I didnt hear back from Don for a few days. Don really did nothing for me. Don did everything he could to turn what I said back on me calling me a difficult customer and that I demanded a new truck. In the end I still have this truck and Nw Motorsports had nothing to do with my truck being fixed. They are a horrible company that will rip you off.

When the truck was leaking it was dripping right off of the oil drain plug. There was an oil change sticker in the window stating NW Motorsports had just changed the oil. I believe they knew this truck had oil/engine problems and sold it anyway.

BUYER BEWARE!

I had a feeling from the beginning that something wasn't right and I should have trusted my instincts! I did however document every phone conversation with NW Motorsports if anyone is interested.
