I am hardly ever home and my bill keeps going up or doesn't go down. NWP is stealing my money every month. where is the explaination here. Something is not right with their rystem. I was told that we are paying for waterand sewage per building. To me this means that even when I am not using much water, I am paying for my neighbors water usage. How is this right and why is the bill so high?
