 THIS IS TO THE GUY WHO IN 2007 SAID HE WAS UNJUSTLY ACCUSED OF SOMETHING.  LISTEN YOU IDIOT, CRUEL, SELFISH HORRIBLE HUMAN...COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS THAT THE NY STATE POLICE ARE OUT THERE EVERY SECOND DEFENDING OUR FAMILIES, AND PEOPLES.  THEY ARE NOT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT THEY ARE LIKE FBI, CIA, TOP TOP LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT IS SO HIGHLY INTELLIGENT AND HARD WORKING SOLVING UNTOLE CASES DAILY....MY FATHER DIED ON THE JOB DEFENDING NY CASE.....YOU NEED MENTAL HELP ANYONE WHO STATES SUCH PROFANITIES AGAINST THE NEW YORK STATE POLICE/BCI.....BE GRATEFUL, HELP OTHERS, GO THE SPEED LIMIT..AND FOR THE RECORD YOU ARE GUILTY CLEARLY ANYONE WHO WOULD POST SUCH EVALITIES AGAINST SUCH GOOD PEOPLE LIKE THE NYSP........AND RAMBLE ON AND ON AND ON AND ON....IS GUILTY.  YOU DESERVE TO GO TO JAIL AND THEN MAYBE THEN YOU'LL APOLOGIZE YOU SICK PERSON...

I wouldn't be surprised if they were Russian KGB agents in the police department you were taken too and you were a threat to their "operation" or them getting caught and that's why you were targeted and harrassed this way.  Get a RF detector and use it frequently and check for tracking devices on your vehicle.  It sounds like a typical KGB scenerio to me.  They ARE in the hospitals too.  ( I was thinking about your baby).  You cannot be too safe.  If they are out to get you they will, and anyone around you too.

KGB are armed with things that look like pens, aimed at your nostrils they deliver the equivalent of three hits of acid.  Renders you helpless and without memory of the incident.  (maybe 30 years later you will remember, like I have), they will use plastic devices in their nostrils so they don't get it back on them. 

Many KGB agents are very high in companies and police departments etc.  There's a bad "Apple" in one police dept. in the Capital District Albany, NY.  Hint hint, bad apple.   

KGB sounds cool, but they make it sound that way because if they say treason, Russians.  People might understand it's WAR against the Russians and they are taking over.  Invading. Getting recruits.  (I know they are in the Coxsackie Grade School).  They use speech pathologists etc. and some teachers. 

They pressure you until you have no choice to join. Or you can be like me and be a receiver with really bad traitor parents that assist them.

I WISH I was admittted in New York to take on your case, assuming that your version of the events is accurate. I have to say, however, that your having been a police officer doesn't add any credibility in my eyes. I work alot in criminal defense and civil rights, and I have seen more lying cops, corrections officers, etc. than you could shake a stick at. I guess you probably now see why a large portion of the general public is very distrusting of the police.

Assuming that your version of the events is correct, I would call around for an attorney who is experienced BOTH in criminal defense and civil rights. As per your criminal case, it sounds like there are complicated evidentiary issues and, given that it's a felony that is likely to go to trial, you're correct in assuming that legal help isn't going to come cheaply.

However, you also assert some pretty serious Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights, as well as various other actions that may be deemed civil rights violations. All in all, your report indicates a pretty solid, and potentially quite rewarding, Section 1983 claim.

In the least, filing a civil rights claim could act as leverage against your criminal charges. And in reality, many of the actions that constitute civil rights violations likely also constitute grounds for exclusion of evidence.
