Shane Townley is a scumbag who pushes the typical dream to artists. To show there work at a "pretigious" art gallery. I personally worked as a curator at this establishment last year. No only was I paid pennies, I wasn't paid at all the last month I worked there. Neither was the rest of his dedicated staff. This place is a serious scam Shane basically sells wall space with the hopes of prespective artists catching the eyes of collectors. The catch? there are no collectors at all, not a one. I personally made this man $15k-$20k a month and only got paid 5% of all the proceeds and leads I generated for the company. And to top it all off as a women of color I was paid 50% less than my white co-workers. while the staff provided a warm atmosphere to unspecting artist. Shane pocketed all the proceeds from the art fairs at his "Art Center" and made of with all the money without giving the artists their 50% commissions. The madness has to stop. This man is a crook, racists and Trump supporter. When the pandemic he was forced to close down his locations in Laguna Beach california (where he started) and (NYC 7 Franklin place) 

He stole millions of dollars worth of art from countless painters, photographers, sculptors and video artists a like. All the artists he employed went along with he evil plans because he also sold us the dream of fame and "making it in the industry" artists and collectors beware. All this man does is used unpaid interns to follow unsuspecting artists on instagram and other social media platforms. His art sucks and has no actual substance. He is a cancer of the art world and must be stopped. He and a man by the name of Sonny Shemhan  (646) 245-9900 have scammed people out of hundreds of thousands of dollarrs so please beware and protect your career from scumbags like Shane and Sonny. 

He is spineless and will do whatever it takes to fish artists out of their hard earned work and money. Ignore all digital invites from this company as it is only a marketing ploy and build on the slave labor of actual serving artists. some of which who became homeless because of Shanes lack of empathy and care for the industry he poisons to this day.
