Sent a Sumtak Encoder out to them for repair and they could not fix, they charged our credit card and won't refund our money.  Be careful when you are dealing with them.  They won't answer the phone when there is problems.

First off we have NO record of a "Ken" sending us a Sumtak Encoder. So I do not know if this is another bogus ripoff report complaint. But I will go ahead and rebuttal this complaint.....

 If we could not repair your item we will not charge your credit card for the repair. HOWEVER, we will charge your credit card the cost of return shipping the time back to you VIA UPS.
