Completely unprofessional business. Took 3 weeks before they acknowledged my claim that I wanted my money back since I hadn't received the part. Then they shipped anyway. Refuses to take return. Thank god I paid through pay pal. He recommends all customers call, I did. He argues by cussing and name calling. Its really pathetic actually. Gives people in New York a bad name basically.

I just Googled my name and this came up. Nicholas, I want to apologize to you. Part of the reason I left NYCParts was because of how unprofessionally it was run. I wanted to clear my name. We probably talked to each other on the phone some time, but I was just an employee of the company and in no way directly involved with your problem. I would say that the reason for the disorganization stems from the top, at both NYCParts and Yanashiki. Once again, sorry about the trouble but I want to state that I, Keith, was working at NYCParts part-time during college and was in no way the cause of your problem. Thank you.
