NYCShoesstore.com SPORT sandals fashion shoes Purchase Ordered a pair of boots- never got my order. Contact them with no reply to calls or emails. They gave PayPal a tracking # so they closed claim. I got my order WAS A SHOWER CAP!!!! spent $15 to retrn Internet

I placed an order for a pair of boots.

I never recieved my order.

Filed a claim with PayPal
Seller took 5 days to reply and provided a tracking number to PayPal.

Paypal closed the claim.

Got my order and it was a hotel shower cap.

Filed naother claim with PayPal.

I was told to return the item back to the address PayPal provided.

I returned the shower cap and paid $151 to do so. At my own expense.

Still waiting for refund and mad about having to pay a return shipping charge when the seller is at fault.
And Sshame on PayPal for not investigating this any further.
