NYKNYC Called a "Dummy" and a "Loser" by NYKNYC New York Internet

This company, NYKNYC,  has recently improved in its customer communications and reverted back to the professional manner it held in the past, thus restoring their stellar reputation as a vendor of a much needed and well designed product. There seemed to have been a serious miscommunication between this vendor and myself which led to unpleasant interactions and unfortunate language.  Delayed  postal service and some over anxious telephone communications certainly complicated the misunderstanding.  I feel that the situation is effectively resolved. My money was returned and that showed good grace on their part. I would have no problem in dealing with this company in the future. As I stated, their product is excellent and the cost is reasonable.

 This cowardly comment was written by the poison pen of none other than   Patricia Wylie (  Wylie Coyote)... Ms wylie ordered a vest then after paying for it , the very next day she called our company( the very next day) to demand where her shipment was!  Amazing how stupid this woman is!!! Yes Patricia we know its you as you are the only nasty customer we have encountered in many many years.

First of all we would Ms Wylie to cease and desist, we know who you are, we have your addresss, phone and email and our lawyers are ready to contact you for slander and making false accusations against our company. which is in perfect record with the Better Business Bureau.

but to respond to this false accusation from Paticia Wylie.

We at NYKNYC are very fast with deliveries but we are not magicians ! The woman is obviously insane.

We tried to explain to this woman ( Patricia Wylie) that it takes several days for a package to reach its destination however Ms Wylie (  coyote) got very very angry and then she

proceeded to demand we cancel her order! This person is Totally insane. 

But  we were happy to get rid of Ms Wylie, as our customers are all fabulous people and this woman is the exception to that rule .. she is a train wreck .
She was rude hostile and barking at the phone operator.

 Now when you deal with the public you deal with many different people and occasionally you get a person like Ms wylie

that is just nasty . Our operator said Wylie was  extremely hostile  . Obviously and  the True story is as follows

she demanded something be delivered overnite then refused to pay for overnite service.  she got angry then she canceled her order to which we said "fine" as we did not want to deal with this loser anymore.

However then

she wanted to cancel order without sending back her package that was on route to her , she wanted to keep the vest and her money!! she is a scam artist but not a very good one.

She was told that an order cant be canceled and money refunded when it is en route to a customer , however we told her that when she receives her package if she will be so kind as  to return it to the company that  she will be given a complete refund

 which she did receive !!   She received a complete refund yet she is such a coward and such a sick individule that she chose to go online to sling mud like the coward that she is .

NYKNYC has a perfect record , not one complaint in 20 yearst with the Better Business Bureau ! As we know the BBB really does investigate phoney complaints from people like Patricia Wylie unlike this site which seems to print anything

 Wylie is mentally unbalanced and needs to get a life (and perhaps get a job) as she has nothing better to do than sit and write insults , false slanderous statments . Pat wylie is such a coward she posted her cowardly comment as Anonymous!!!   Ms Wylie  you are a dummy, we stand by our comment and our astute observation about YOU. if you look up loser in the dictionary they have a picture of wylie.Her money was refunded promptly and we were thrilled not to have to deal with this cowardly idiot.
