This guy started working with the team I worked in almost 2 years ago and constantly tried to pose to be a visionary of Steve Jobs caliber.

The problems started when he tried saying that a product which value was never even checked on the market will go viral and will easily grow to "hundreds of thousands of users" within a short amount of time. Guess what, they wasted hundreds of thousands to get a misely 1K downloads (not even real users).

The only thing this brilliant Cheaf Strategy Officer was doing was changing the product strategy in accordance to potential investors (who of course never invested in this product as it never had a solid vision). It's OK to make mistakes but if you bear the responsibility for these. He only blamed others for his own mistakes. When the things got rough and the amount of debts increased to critical point he left the company while being the biggest stakeholder.

And seems this is not the only time he is stealing other people's money, just have a look at the reviews of his previous company on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pg/Spaxtel/reviews/?ref=page_internal

AUTHOR: NYNJA - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 14, 2020

We hired Dmitry Stepanov and his company TecSynt Solutions
Information Technology & Services in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

They worked on our messaging App from 03 May 2017 to January 2019. We paid them USD1,925,932 and still could not send a message or did we have a working product! Is the next few rebuttal;s you will here our our CTO, whom was paid in full tell you just how bad thee people were.

I would not have them program my alarm clock! My response comes months after they posted because my goal first and foremost was to get our business and product up and running and unwind all the s**+*ty code.

My partner Marshall Taplits was trying to make the partnership work but these people just keeped promising us things will be fixed in the next sprint, Sprint after sprint still nothing works and me as CEO of Nynja had to immediately cut our ties with this company!

the CEO of Tecsynt Dmitry Stepanov , did nothing to rectify our grievances and just took our money. At one point they even held our code hostage! That was the breaking point for me. I gathered all the invoices and dissected the work they did!

OMG quadruple billing for things they did and could not debug, time after time they worked on the same things and never could get them working but just kept on billing us for the work! hence we are now suing them for over 600kUSD in damages.

Mind you we are still untangling there poor code and are still spending money to fix there work! a year later!
