 They were not up front about billing practices. They provided a written sheet that said payments are required at the time of service. I was informed that insurance was paying for part of my visits, and I did copay in the office, yet I received weeks later a very large bill in the mail, and this bill too was unclear as to the services provided. It was a real shock.

When I was provided service, it was quite bad for my well being.  There were many highly questionable aspects of what I received. This group is supposedly providing a helping service, but the end result was far more hurting than helping.
