I HAVE HAD MY BELL SOUTH BILL ATTACHED WITH OAN -USA VOICEMAIL BILL IN THE AMOUNT OF 14.36 FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AS I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS SERVICE, THEY INFORMED ME THEY WOULD REMOVE THE $14.36 A MONTH AGO & NO FURTHER ACTION WAS NECESSARY.
THIS MONTH I RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL ON MY BELL SOUTH PHONE BILL. WHEN I CONTACTED BELL SOUTH THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM I WAS STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE BILL. I WAS CUT OFF SEVERAL TIMES WHEN ASKED TO TALK TO BELL SOUTH SUPERVISOR.
I BELEIVE THERE IS A CONSPIRACY BETWEEN OAN AND PHONE COMPANIES.
