I ordered ski equipment and after more than a week of waiting I got an email from them that it is out of stock. After I confirmed with them that the item will be shipped!

I called them and asked for a manager, the manager was on vacation! Skiing?

They do not have items on stock and rather batch order them once a week. With such model they can't guaranty anything.

Thank you for the poor service in the middle of ski season and for delaying my skiing. I would rather be skiing than writing this merchant review.
