Oaks Legal Funding Fraud Loan Company Kingston Jamacia

 Oaks Legal Funding of Kingston Jamacia is a SCAM. I was contacted by Linda Brooks who is suppose to be the loan officer. She sent me a contract stating that my loan was apporved and I needed to have a secured loan because of the credit and it could be insurance, and it was going to be a one time premium of $590.00.

She sent me information to sent the $590 Western union to Kingston Jamacia.  She stated once the secure payment for the insurance was verified my funds would be released and I would have the funds direct deposited in my account. Well the payment was confirmed and no loan in my account instead. LINDA BROOKS calls and says the lender is requesting another $590.00 before your funds are relased and I told her that the contract that the contract I sgned stated $590 and nothing more and no where does it state that the Lender can request additional funds so You and Your lender is exercising predatory lending, and you are a scam.

Linda states that it hurts to be called a scam and I told her how you think hard working people feel when you lie to them and take there money on BS. I tell her there is no more money and they can refund the security deposit and she says oh there is going to be a $300 fee to refund the deposit and I stated to her so what you saying is that your just going to take people money either way it goes.

She tells me you need to do something today by noon to get this loan go take out a payday loan for the other $590.00. I told her that I was going to report her to the authorities and she screams there is no need for that I told her yes it is.

She called again trying to make me say  I was going to give them some money and I told her deduct it from the loan she claims the lender would not agree to it. I told her WELL TO THE AUTHORITIES I GO.
