Received September phone bill with statement for OAN/USA Voicemail. My local phone does not have voicemail services. I did not order voicemail services. My local phone service BellSouth, has not changed since I moved to Memphis 15 years ago and I've previously not had a problem like this. I recently changed my cell phone from Sprint to Cingular but do not know how this OAN/USA Voicemail became a bill I am suppose to pay. BellSouth has been of no help in this never ending saga.
