OAN Services, Inc. ASC Telecom, Inc. Fraudulent Collect Call Charge ripoff, collect call, refused credit, fraudulent charge Online Nationwide

I recieved a charge of my phone bill from OAN services which is the clearinghouse agent for ASC Telecom, INC..

The Charge was $21.03 for 10 minutes from a number in the 407-264-XXXX extension.

I called verizon and disputed the call. They forwarded me to OAN who refused to accept that I never received such a call and they said someone would of had to of accepted it for it to go through. I do not know anyone in florida, or anyone vacationing in florida.

They said the call was a courtesy phone at a hotel. I called the number, and it is a fax machine or a modem. I have called at various times of the day, and its always a fax machine.

I called Verizon again, this time a verizon agent removed the charge and is apparently going to send the bill to OAN. So now I don't have the charge on my phone bill, but there is the likelyhood that I will just get the bill back in the mail.

I called a third time, cause I was not satisfied with just having the charged shifted from one place to another, this time, I spoke to an agent and asked to speak to her supervisor. I told her the gist of what occured and she told me unfortunetly once the charge is removed it is out of Verizon's hands.
