A simple check in Brevard county should have told everyone that Ray Moatz and his wife Diana Griffiths have a long history going back many years of collecting commissions they are supposed to pay out to LOs and then spending it. They know lawyer fees are more than most commissions, so people just go away.
Most of this money is funneled into their bar, Westside Sports Bar and Lounge in Melbourne. Your commissions go to fund their bar. Even the staff at the office needs to fight for a paycheck. They are broke. You will not be paid for your loans. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

We are not sure who posted this post but please feel free to commiment on this page and let's us know who you are so you can get paid if you are owed anything. If you are the individual in MD who commited fraud then I would get a lawyer because the wheels of justice are closing. But if you are honestly owed money please feel free to post and we will ge this taken care of.
