OBsneakers obsneakers Ordered product, was paid for, and no delivery or refund after weeks of asking Internet

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from obsneakers on July 25th.  After my credit card was charged, on July 25th, it has been over 3 weeks since they have done anything on my order.  I contacted my bank to see if they could get a refund or action, but nothing was available.   I contacted Obsneakers 8 times, and got the same response 3 times over 3 weeks.   They wanted the "scan code" from the credit card.   I supplied them with a code, they did not respond or ship anything.  I asked numerous times now for either the product or refund.   nothing!
