I went on the Single Falmily Housing Program with HUD which is an FHA program...After being on the program for a year with HUD Clinton did away with the program and Ocwen Federal bought several distressed properties...and mine was one of them....I went thru a hostile seperation and divorce and trying to raise 3 children with no career...that is what the program was all about to help single parents establish a career for the period of 3 years....
Well, Ocwen followed thru with the origional agreement I entered into with HUD..at the end of that agreement which was 9/99 Ocwen took all monthly balances during that 3 year period which was supposed to be tacked onto the back of the loan and it was not supposed to increase or decrease during that period acording to my HUD counceler and added them together and started acruing interest daily since that time and turned my loan into a new loan called the assignment program....
I have since had to file 2 chapter 13 bankruptsies and finally roll it over to a 7 in order to keep my home...I've been here 14 years and now am facing forclosure for the 10th time....my payoff is only 58,000. and they say I owe 96,000. payoff....
Oh, they sold my loan while under bankruptcy to Fairbanks Capital Corp. and didn't notify them of a thing.....Not to mention forced insurance of about 900.00 per year when I have a fire hydrant off thew back of my property and live less than 5 miles from the fire station...along with attorney fees....I can't even get the property refinanced or 2nd mortage or home repair loan....
because of the hurendious bad credit I now have from filing the ch. 7 to save my home..

Please try to be a bit more diligent regarding the use of correct grammar and spelling. Even though you may think it's not a problem, as long as you have had the opportunity to voice your opinion to others I'm sorry to say that it is. Poor spelling and grammar does very much affect your credibility, as well as that of all others that post here.
I'm neither a great speller nor do I possess perfect grammar, but that's all the more reason that I take the extra time to at least try and correct as much as I can. I can tell you from just my own experience that most people will totally ignore comments, if they believe that the writer hasn't taken the time to check his or her work before submitting and/or posting. If you don't and it shows you will be doing a lot more harm, than good in posting here no matter what you have to say.
Again, my objective for posting this is not to demean or criticize the authors in anyway. I simply want to bring this issue to the attention of those who might not have given any thought to this as being a possible problem. Besides, are we not are all on the same side, well most of us anyway? Do we not want at least some form of justice?
Thank-You!

I beleive I left off with Ocwen Federal. Since 1999 when Ocwen had my loan and messed messed it up they turned around and sold the loan while it was under forclosure to Fairbanks Capitol. When I wouldn't give them my house they sold it. I blocked it with a chapter 13 bankruptsy then they sold it. Giving the new mortgage servicer the headaches. But never transfered the records of my account.
Well they had to file a new forclosure giving me the opportunity for another forclosure hearing which is where you argue the issues. I gave them a 200 page file of all the records I had at the time and they put the hearing on hold for 2 1/2 years.
When I called back I found out they had dismissed the forclosure. Not sure of the reason yet cause it was a statue # ya ya. This occured while the class action was going on in California.
I have been in this house since my discharge from the bankruptsy court in 4/01 which is 5 years after the fact. They have been since racking up charges for this fee and that fee. Now they are trying to forclose again and I am at wits end whith this b/s if you all know what I mean.
I have a hearing on the 29 of this month and I really need a miracle at this point. If there is anyone out there who can help me please feel free to do so. I am David fighting 2 Goliaths and we all know who won. I am trying to stay positive on this thing and you all should do so also.
I wish you all well and many blessings.
Carolyn
