I am a disabled veteran in the state of Texas. I am 100% exempt of all taxes. I have submitted all necessary documents to establish this fact to Ocwen Mortgage; but yet they still continue to bill me at $1675.00 when my actual mortgage note is $1175.00. I have spoken to at least ten different representative including supervisors about this situation. The company acknowledges that they were at fault but yet they still have not refunded me the money that they over charged. I have been dealing with this situation for over a year they correct thier mistake but each month they send me a bill for 1675.00
