OEM Part Haus Tim Bevan Fraud and Theft Azle Texas

Placed an order on 9/15/18 for $114.64 worth of parts (Order #120766). The main item on the list of items ordered (intake valves for a Volvo) was omitted from the shipped package ( about $60.00 of parts). The valves were on the billing and order statement but not on the packing list and were not in the shipment that was sent.

The shipment was apparently drop shipped from InterAmerican Motor Corporation's warehouse in Hanover, Md. InterAmerican doesn't sell the valves in question. Tim Bevan is just a middle man reseller in this instance who apparently had no intention of shipping the valves that he sold and collected money for (FRAUD AND THEFT).

Repeated emails and phone messages asking for an explanation/remedy have gone unanswered. They don't answer the phone, return voicemail messages, or return email messages.
